FAQs
Serbesa MNL is a pop up store specializing in refined street food and handcrafted cocktails. Our aim is to provide clients and guests a quality and unique dining experience thru our food, cocktails and events.
Our menu is composed of flavors and textures, both unique and ordinary, from the streets of the world. Our menu is not a fusion of cuisines, it's a mutant ;)
As of now, we operate via website and social media. We do events from all over the Metro, like trunkshows, bazaars, and our own dinner series in collaboration with a premium online wine store: Cellar Door Sessions.
We are also offering new services such as the CURATED CATERING (A dining experience uniquely made to cater to the client's requests, taste and style), STYLED TABLE SPREAD (A selection of items from our menu, plus other surprise items, put together in a grazing table), GRAZING PLATTERS (A great addition to small gatherings, plated and delivered directly to you), and of course our mobile COCKTAIL BAR.
At the moment, we are still working on having our clients order directly from our ala carte menu. But it's coming soon, so stay tuned!
Choose which order or service you prefer on our ORDERS & CATERING PAGE. Each order and service vary from quantity and products listed.
For platters, table spread and bar service, you may book thru our website and you'll receive a confirmation email and text from us within 12 hours. You may also book or order via text/ email.
For Curated Catering, reserve your date via our website, text or email and we'll contact you directly to set up a meeting to discuss your own curated event!
Please note that platters, table spreads, and bar service must be booked 3-5 days before your preferred date. While the Curated Catering must be booked at least 10 days in advance.
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep (or to wherever in the Metro you want it to go).
Our team will be the one to personally handle deliveries and hand them to you. They are also there just in case the platter you ordered was jostled and styling is not up to our standards, they will be the one to fix it and restyle again.
BPI Bank Deposit: The confirmation email sent to you will contain our bank details. After deposit, just send us a copy of your deposit slip via email, and voila! It's done!
Credit Card: Pay online using your credit card via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to settle your bill. You can pay using your credit card or PayPal Account at the end of checkout or request an invoice from us and pay from the invoice sent.
**Please note that under services and orders, clients will be required to pay a downpayment to fully secure the event date/ order. Failure to deposit will result in event/order cancellation unless otherwise stated.
As of now, you cannot. The menu is just displayed for interested people who may want to visit us during our pop ups and want to know what menu items we have.
However, we are currently working on setting up an online ordering system, so you can have our grub (and maybe, cocktails) at any day of the week. Stay tuned!
